2. In the Personalization Section(Add requested info before checking out/paying)

(If you want to remove any words or numbers please state that in the notes)
(If you want the shirt to be the colors in the picture please state that in the notes)

- Sleeve name (one sleeve/one word only)
- Last name (one name only)
- Number (one player number)
- Design Colors (two colors only/color chart in photos)

If you would like a color or size shirt that is not listed please message me
